Navigating the Global Workplace Across Cultural/Gender Boundaries:A Women’s Perspective

The Japan-America Society of Georgia and the World Trade Center Atlanta present a Breakfast Panel Program about How Women Drive Innovation and Growth and ways companies can effectively leverage the talent and innovative potential of women – who represent $20 trillion in global consumer spending, own or operate between 25%-33% of all private businesses, and earn an estimated $13 trillion. Moderated by an expert cross-cultural management consultant, this program features a panel discussion by Japanese and Americans who can share their insights and personal experiences in successfully managing cultural differences within their industries to increase profits and drive the bottom line.
