Join the JASG and JASTN for a Virtual Brewery Tour of Proper Sake and learn the unique processes of brewing sake. Participate from the comfort of your own home and will have the option of purchasing & picking up Proper Sake products to taste with the Founder/CEO & Brewmaster of Proper Sake and with your JAS friends.

For the tasting, Proper Sake recommends their Diplomat Junmai, the best representation of the brewery's sakes and traditional styles. The Diplomat is a Yamahai style, Tokubetsu Junmai brewed with Yamada Nishiki and Calrose rice milled to 60% (16% ABV).

People in the Nashville area may order their sake for the tasting online from Proper Saké Co. and pick up at their downtown Nashville location on Saturday between 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Just call or text upon arrival and grab your rder off the loading dock.
