SECURE ACT 2.0 was signed into law in December 2022 changing the Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) age to 73 (in 2023), then to 75 (in 2033) which affects people born 1951 and after. There are many small changes in this law and therefore, you need to plan at least 10 years before your retirement. By attending this workshop, you will learn how the new law affects your retirement picture and what you can do now to take advantage of tax planning for the future.
