Let's Cook Okonomiyaki!
– A Japanese Food Culture Workshop
Discover one of Japan's most beloved comfort foods—Okonomiyaki!
In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn how to make delicious Japanese savory pancakes while also exploring Japanese food culture through the Wa-Shokuiku (Japanese Food Education) Program developed by TABLE FOR TWO USA's Wa-Shokuiku Seed Program.
More than just a cooking class, we'll introduce Japanese food-related vocabulary, basic nutrition, and the cultural values behind Japanese cuisine in a fun and interactive way.
Okonomiyaki is easy to make—just chop, mix, and cook! Whether you're a beginner in the kitchen or simply curious about Japanese cuisine, this class is perfect for you.
At the end of the class, everyone will enjoy the Okonomiyaki they made together.
